Accounts The optional Think Warehouse Accounts module is a fully flexible but simple to use invoicing system which removes the need to enter invoices into two systems. It fully automates charging and invoice production covering all aspects of RHSD (Receipt, Handling, Storage and Despatch). Just go about your normal day to day operation and the system will accrue invoicing information about storage based charges with options for day (or part thereof) or week (or part thereof) charging. The system doesn’t stop at automated storage charging, it also has fully automatic task based charging. This means that while your staff are going about their daily tasks such as processing Receipts, Picks, Despatches, Stock Handling, Containments etc. the system can be calculating charges ready to invoice. The moment you scan the stock in through the door charges are being accrued meaning no more missed charging opportunities and no more disagreement with your customers as proof of charging is just a click away. And we haven’t forgotten your accountant either.
