Stock Integrity We recognise that even with the best systems in the world it isn’t always easy to maintain stock accuracy, Think Warehouse has a number of features designed to help you win the battle. Our easy to use stock take and PI (Partial Inventory) count modules make validating your stock easy. Don’t take our word for it, combined with our bar code module one of our customers was able perform a full stock take of a 5000 pallet warehouse with an average count time of just 45 seconds per bay. On top of our easy to use stock take modules we also record a full audit trail allowing you to see a full stock history of who did what, where and when to any piece of stock passing through your warehouse. Of course we still recognise that even with a system as robust as ours things can and will go wrong. This is why we have made stock adjustments so easy to do. But don’t be fooled by it’s ease of use. Like everything else on the system, stock adjustments are only allowed to be performed by the personnel you authorise and even then a full audit is kept, giving you the tightest control on amendments to the system. Plus, lets not forget our FIFO (First In First Out) logic and bay mapping which help to keep stock rotation at a premium and locate your stock exactly where you want in your warehouse (see Stock Management for details).
